SETBACKS, COMEBACKS And DEPRESSION
YOUR SETBACK IS JUST A SETUP FOR COMEBACK.
As teens, we always think we are the center of everyone’s lives or that is what some say, “MAIN CHARACTER”. We often think everything will go as planned and ignore everything else. That is when we suffer from setbacks. With the very first failure of our lives, we think we are done for and have no future left. We trap ourselves in the shackles of disappointment and guilt that is when we lose all reason to live. THAT IS WHAT DEPRESSION IS.
When we think of depression, we think it is merely a feeling of loneliness and emptiness but there is more to what meets the eye. Depression is a mental asylum to be said more precisely where a person loses all hope and lives with the fear of guilt, it is more of a suffering.
Then “HOW CAN WE OVERCOME THIS FEELING OF FAILURE AND BEING JUDGED BY EVERYONE AROUND?”.
Everything in our life happens for a reason being too ignorant or being too self-centred isn’t going to work. We can’t change the mistakes we made to get this setback but we could learn from them to have a more better comeback. Also just getting motivated after reading this letter isn’t going to change anything, the cycle will continue again. Only your actions will lay a path to your comeback and success. There’s no gain in crying over spilled milk, is it?
Accepting and replanning is the best thing to avoid all that feeling of being judged, failure, and emptiness. If the setbacks at such an early age stress you then you are nothing but a delusional fool.
There is nothing such as fate or destiny that we always blame. GOOD luck, BAD luck, are just the outcomes of your own actions. Only you possess the power to CHANGE YOUR FATE.
